Our dedicated online security team regularly screen for illegal job ads that ask for personal or financial information. However, from time-to-time these job ads may appear on Jobinbox portal.

Therefore, it is very important for you to protect yourself online by alerting us if you were approached or contacted to provide any kind of suspicious request. 

2. General Rules On Security Issue

Jobinbox will never ask for personal or financial information such as to verify your password, bank account number or pin number, tac or any kind of security number related to your banking account. Never entertain or respond to such a request from email or any other sources that claim coming or representing Jobinbox portal.

3. Security Notice To Candidates

Jobinbox will never ask for any additional payment for Pro members beside the only one-off lifetime payment of RM10. For standard member is free for life. No additional fee is required to submit a job application. No employer or recruiter may charge a fee for any portion of the job application process, including job applications, interviews, and employment.

If you were asked to pay anything more than that please notify us urgently. Your support might help save others from being scammed by any dubious party.

4. Security Notice to Employer

Jobinbox will only ask payment for a specific charges for job posting as per standard rate listed in the packages.
