Finance Officer – Solar Division (Makati)

Job Description

Job Summary:
To execute and delivery of general accounting, general ledger maintenance and period-end closing and reporting activities, revenue and cost accounting, fixed asset and CAPEX accounting, control account reconciliation processes.

Job Responsibilities:
– Finance Officer will responsible for the preparation of financial reports, analyses for management including forecasting and budgeting.
– Ensuring the accuracy of all financial records monthly, quarterly and annual.
– Preparing balance sheets, invoices and financial reports.
– Must be involved in financial audits and other financial records discussion.
– Up to date with the processes and activities involve in finance, accounting and other departments.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
– College graduate with a degree in Finance, major in Accounting or equivalent.
– Certified Public Accountant is an advantage.

Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting experience, with budget development, and business partnering background.
– Preferably with forecasting and budgeting experience
– Knowledge of internal controls and relevant business processes would be an advantage.
