Job Description

Qualifications:
– Educational background: BS Accountancy – CPA
– With 3-5 years experienced in same role.
– Excel proficient
– Can lead with less supervision
– With at least 2 years experience with General Ledger Tax Compliance
– Can generate the Financial Report to the leads
– Any add-ons in related of Finance Matter

Preferably experienced with:
– Pharmaceutical background
– With working experience in Subsidiary Office and Head Office.
– Strong processing experience with BIR taxation compliance for both direct and indirect compliances

Job Description:
– Fund Flow Management
– Monitoring and management of all payments through Petty Cash and Banks
– Working Capital Management – Control of Receivables, Payables and Inventory
– Ensure to submit the Tax Compliances monthly, quarterly & annually. (1601-C, 1601EQ, 1601FQ etc)
– Ensure online Accounting, Ledger Scrutiny and Reconciliations of all accounts
– Can process the payroll.
– Deal with Bankers, Consultants, Distributors and all other agencies for day-to-day operations
– Submission of Periodic Reports to senior team and HO
