Job Description

– Engages effectively to clients and builds a shared understanding of issues
– Provides effective and competent service to clients
– Delivers a fast and accurate solution to clients’ concerns and/or complaints.
– Graduate of any 4-year course;
– No work experience is required.
– With less than 1 year of experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent; fresh graduates
– Smart and personable
– Excellent oral and written communication skills
– With good interpersonal skills
– Willing to work in Calamba
