Stewarding Supervisor

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a motivated and energetic Stewarding Supervisor who shares a passion for providing excellent service! The role supervises and participates in the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role of the Stewarding Supervisor involves:
– Ensuring all staff is well trained and follows the Four Seasons standards and procedures in all their interactions.
– Supervise the daily operations, prepare for special events and ensure that staffing is managed daily.
– Ensures that BEOs are followed with regards to preparation of equipment and that staffing levels are correct for the day.
– Candidates must have a firm knowledge of Stewarding operations, and must have a minimum of 2- 3 year of experience as a in a similar role in an international hotel or resort. Candidates must speak read and write Bahasa – Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
