We are seeking a talented Node.js Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable and efficient server-side applications using Node.js and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related technologies
• Write clean and maintainable code with an emphasis on performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for server-side applications
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and programming trends
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with server-side applications

Requirements:
• Strong experience with Node.js and related technologies such as Express, Koa, or NestJS
• Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with the latest language features
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or CouchDB
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Desired:
• Experience with serverless architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
