Job Description

– Oversee construction projects from start to finish
– Communicate with clients to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met
– Manage subcontractors, ensuring that they are meeting project deadlines and quality standards
– Create work schedules and assign tasks to construction workers
– Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
– Maintain detailed records of project progress, including budgets, timelines, and completion dates
– Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all workers are following proper safety procedures
– Develop project plans and specifications
– Coordinate with architects, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed according to plan
– Perform quality control checks to ensure that projects meet all safety and environmental standards

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
