Process Improvement Supervisor – Operations Excellence, Warehouse

Job Description

Job Description:
– Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team
– Identify gaps and pioneer new ways to optimize warehouse processes
– Lead initiatives to implement continuous improvement projects, including cost saving projects
– Design report to monitor operational performance and enhance operational visibility
– Lead and initiate Kaizen, Lean, and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) training/workshop

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major
– Good in English verbal and written
– Excellent communication, presentation slides creation and presentation skill
– Excellent in Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point or Google Docs (sheet and slide)
– Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions
– Good knowledge about warehouse operation and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation Excellence (preferably in warehouse or logistics related)
– Have led several improvement and cost savings projects
– Minimum Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certified
– Experienced in giving Lean, Kaizen dan VSM (Value Stream Mapping) training/workshop
