Financial Controller

Job Description

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
– Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or financial controller position, manufacturing companies or FMCG will be preferred
– Strict person in Finance and accounting but has good communication skill
– Exceptional knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and budget control
– Self-starter who takes initiative in project and task oriented assignments
– Strong leadership, communication, organizational and task management skills
– Orientation to detail and results driven
– Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage conflicting demands priorities
– Recognized professional qualification (qualified accountant)
– Strong understanding in relevant legislation and regulation in Indonesia

Responsibilities:
– Analyze costs across the organization, implement cost control measures and ensure proper implementation and ensure profitability
– Ensure the monthly and annual closing process results in timely and accurate financial statements.
– Manage and prepare monthly financial reporting pack for Senior Management and Board
– Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators
– Build the budget and forecast models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors
– Prepare analysis of financial and non-financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
– Handle Accounting and Tax report and auditing
– Manage external auditors and regulation reporting requirements.
– Identify and mitigate tax risks by improving processes and implementing best practices
– Providing technical accounting support to operating businesses.
– Manage subordinate of finance & accounting division
