Job Description

– Organising all shipments in line with all related parties
– Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
– Deliver against departmental KPIs
– Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).
– Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions
– Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times
– Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
– Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
– Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Job Requirements :
– Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
– Having min 1 year of working experience in Dry Cargo Logistic and Shipping in Commercial Palm Oil
– Good in Analytical Thinking and communication
– Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages.
– Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
