Job Description :

1) Ensure operation safety conduct and compliance.

2) Manage Inventory Management and Control operational KPI and activities:-

2.1 Planning
· Leads and review production planning and its achievement.
· Responsible to ensure non-achievement recovery action plan effectiveness.
· Embark for production planning improvement and automation.

2.2 Ordering
· Ensure timely ordering preparation and review ordering recommendation.
· Liaise with colleague and supplier or customer for any ordering issue.
· Verify and ensure three months statement submission timeliness to Kastam thru PVD Department.

2.3 Inventory Management and Control
· Establish, review and execute inventory management and control policies and procedures.
· Responsible for overall inventory system implementation and compliance namely system accuracy, GDO conversion and control, system up time, barcode, system variance, BOM verification, new project, stock turnover and holding KPI; and related other activities.
· Leads system improvement and automation such as barcoding etc.

2.4 Stock Take/Count
· Coordinate internal and external stock count activities.
· Leads stock count variance investigation (root cause and action plan).
· Ensure agreed action plan taken effectively.

3) Others
· Prepare weekly sectional report, Monthly Committee Meeting report and attend the meeting.
· Prepare sectional AMP budget planning and manage CAPEX/OPEX expenses.
· Manage subordinates in terms of manpower planning, requisition, task execution, training, attendance, leave, succession planning, overtime recommendation, discipline, PMS and JD.
· Review Employee Suggestion Scheme and cost saving implementation.
· Review procedures and policies; conduct internal ISO and HMS self-audit.
· Responsible in 5S conduct at the workplace.
· Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by Head of Plant.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
– Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
– Experience in manufacturing automotive
– Good communication and leadership skills.
– Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English for both written and verbal.
– Knowledge in BAAN ERP LN, ISO TS 16949, 1SO14001, OSHAS18001, Ms Word, Excel and Power Point.
– Charismatic person, good appearance and hold a very good disciplinary principle

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM5,800.00 – RM10,700.00 per month

Fixed shift
Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
