IT Internship Job (OJT) – BGC (on site)

Job Description

About the role:
– Managing IT assets
– Manage IT tickets (Incidents, service requests, changes, etc.)
– Provide technical support
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
– Monitor network performance – Monitor server performance
– Monitor security events

Position requirements:
– Has good communication skills
– Can report onsite daily (FLT, BGC and SFS, Ortigas)
– Willing to manage IT assets (delivery, retrieval, deployment, etc. Going up and down the building)
– Punctual – Willing to start ASAP
