Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

YOUR ROLE
– Generating Supply Chain reports, orders and Scheduling Agreements
– Development and maintenance of Excel VBA macro solutions
– Act as the point person or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting colleagues in handling analysis, ad hoc requests, and resolving inquiries from counterparts
– Support to improve the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data
– Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives
– Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior

YOUR SKILLS
– Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering /Business /IT
– Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in Supply Chain Management Proven experience with data processing and analysis
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required
– Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in using Excel VBA; Power BI is a plus
– Analytical skills and a project management background are required; Experience with Continuous Improvement is highly preferred
– Must have good English communication skills and experience in handling multinational stakeholders
– Amenable to work on a mid shift schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
