Description
– Responsibilities/Performance Indicators
– Development of stable, secure, and well architected code.
– Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
– Work with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
– Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.
– Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
– Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
– Escalate issues/risks to manager when needed.

Qualifications and Experience
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PHP development.
– Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
– Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
– Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
– Understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with other programming languages such as Java or .Net
– Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
– Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
– Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
