Partnership Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
– To ensure a sustainability plan for talent placement based on the project timeline. In charge to increase the number of business partners consistently.
– Build and maintain relationships with business partners to establish partnerships. Involve in drafting, and negotiating partnership agreements and ensuring that all legal and compliance requirements are met.
– To lead the job placement team within the PEOPLElogy group to ensure the placement of all the trained scholars on the “Train & Place” or “Place & Train” project.
– Involve in the initiative of Build A Future Team by expanding the circle to Southeast Asia presence.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
– 3+ years of experience in hiring, partnership management, business development, or related field.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Experience developing and executing partnership strategies.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Talent requisition experience is highly preferred.
