Customer Service Officer (EMS)

Job Description

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
– Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
– Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to management
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
– Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience: Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
