Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– To ensure the compliance of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) so that Inbound function run in a healthy, safe and secured environment free of incident.
– To provide clear direction and clarity on all function to ensure team is working at optimal productivity daily.
– To establish training plan based on gap analysis on manpower skills.
– To review gap between plan & actual (manpower planning, target achievement).
– To align with 3PL, Fulfilment by Lazada, SNOP and other Dept. team regarding daily warehouse operational.
– Align with Commercial team on inbound delivery.
– Align with Vendor Management & Outsource team on manpower request.
– Align with SNOP regarding forecast outbound.
– Align with Manager in term of disciplinary action on manpower.
– Daily Monitoring and plan stock opname to all FSL and give the improvement.

Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in Logistic/Warehouse Management or equivalent.
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
– Have knowledge in logistics management and strategy.
– Lean operation experience
– More preferable has exprience on all function warehouse (Inbound, inventory & outbound)
– Have broad experience in logistics area for handling warehouse.
– Understand with WMS system and end-to-end process flow in the warehouse
– Strong for problem-solving and improvement.
– Must possess strong interpersonal skills
– Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
– Excellent Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
– Able to communicate in English both in written and oral.
