GIS Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled GIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining GIS data, maps, and applications, as well as providing technical support to various projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain GIS databases, including data acquisition, processing, and analysis
– Create and update maps and visualizations using GIS software – Provide technical support to stakeholders in the use of GIS applications and data
– Perform quality control and assurance on GIS data – Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of GIS data and applications
– Assist in the development of GIS-based reports and presentations – Keep up-to-date with the latest GIS technologies and trends

Requirements:
– Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Geomatic Science, GIS or related field – Proficiency in GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
