QA Engineer

Job Description

YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR/IN:
– Analyse business requirements and create appropriate test plans and test cases.
– Understand business requirements and add acceptance criteria to development requirements.
– Execute test cases and record results.
– Report bug tickets as necessary and verify once fixed.
– Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to advocate for software quality and assess gaps in the product/systems.
– Perform different types of testing as required.
– Establish User Acceptance Testing plans.
– Train and monitor users in User Acceptance Testing.
– Coordinate and update Lead Developer on testing status and issues.
– Reproduce and triage issues raised by users.
– Ensure high-quality, error-free software is delivered with each release.

Requirements
Qualifications:
– At least 5 years of experience as a software QA experience.
– Experience in different types of testing such as smoke testing, regression testing, etc.
– Has experience in using Microsoft 365 apps.
– JIRA and Agile experience is a plus.
