Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION:
In-Charge of (1) Conceptualization and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, (2) Building and improving online community, improving the performance of social media, website, and other online platforms, and (3) Coordinating with and assisting other departments with regard to activities (traditional and online).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conceptualizes and implements digital marketing strategies.
– Coordinates with sales and marketing team in relation to customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
– Engages with online community by replying to inquiries / concerns.
– Set up digital advertisements.
– Provides monthly reports with analysis and recommendations.
– Updates websites and social media content/s.
– Monitors campaigns and promotional activities of competitors.
– Assists the Digital Marketing team in other online and offline promotions and/or activities.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
– Graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing, IT or other related field
– At least two (2) years’ experience
– Experience in handling websites, social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), and YouTube channel.
– Experience in online advertising campaigns is an advantage which includes Facebook ads (not FB boosting), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM
– Experience in email marketing is a definite plus
– Must be well-organized and can-do multi-task
– Must have experience in copywriting / scriptwriting
– Must be fluent in English and Filipino both in verbal and written communication
– Has basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is given preferential consideration
– Must be keen to details
– Can manage time and work under pressure
– Can work well with others/team
