Inventory Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities
– Responsible in managing warehouse inventory control policies and procedures.
– Achieve zero inventory without jeopardizing lean operations.
– Implement and monitor engineering inventory management process.
– Audit on inventory by coordinating with the internal operations teams.
– Achieve operational excellence and deliver cost savings through inventory management.
– Design and manage inventory management systems meeting facility needs.
– Meet customer and company standards on inventory requirements.
– Check routine inventory costs that impact KPIs and communicate outcomes.
– Engage in Process Improvement initiatives
– Establish measured daily, weekly and monthly KPIs though reports.
– Ensure completeness and accuracy of accident investigation and safety communication.

Requirements
– Graduate of Engineering, Finance or relevant field.
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role preferably from a Supply Chain Industry/
– Solid knowledge of data analysis, planning and inventory control management
– Solid experience in warehouse inventory management system.
– An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
– Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
