Job Description:
– Developing, implementing, and maintaining a Safety & Health Management System (SHMS) and MSPO certification system for the company.
– To prepare, develop and implement plan, standards, procedures & documentation system related to MSPO certification of estates against the requirement of the agreed certification standard.
– Ensuring compliance with all relevant occupational health, safety and environmental regulations and laws, and conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance.
– Developing and conducting training programs for employees to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and obligations under the SHMS and MSPO certification scheme.
– Identifying and assessing risks associated with the company’s operations, and developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate these risks.
– Investigating incidents and accidents to identify root causes and developing corrective and preventive action plans to prevent recurrence.
– Liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirement:
– Possess at least Diploma in Environmental or Safety and Health.
– At least 5 years of relevant experience in Safety & Health Management / MSPO certification, with experience in Oil Palm Plantation industry being highly preferred.
– Strong knowledge of relevant Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and standards.
– DOSH certified Yellow/Green book holder
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
