Finance Officer – Hospitality & Tourism

Job Description

Responsibilities:-
– Responsible to assist the GM on the hospitality/tourism’s finance and credit division and all aspects of finance and credit support. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as management reporting and any related business initiatives, budgeting, forecasting.
– Responsible to assist the GM to monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, payments, and claims. Ensures that cash flow is as per BOD approval.
– Responsible to assist the GM to monitor collection and prompts Management of any discrepancies and/or abnormalities.
– Responsible to assist the GM in the overall administration (Procurement, HR / Payroll, Office Admin, and coordinate with Operations) functions. Register, monitor, and renew licenses, utilities, telephony, insurances, banking and, company assets.

Requirements:-
– Candidates must possess at least graduate diploma, academic or professional degree in Finance, Accounts or related discipline.
– At least 3 years of working exposure in the related Hospitality / Tourism field.
– High level of integrity, drives and result oriented.
– Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
– Competent in management reporting and operations system. Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
