An industry leader and well-established FMCG company is recruiting for an SAP Warehouse Management (Supervisor) job in Jakarta, Indonesia.

About the SAP Warehouse Management (Supervisor) Role:
You will lead the Warehouse Management team in effectively managing our warehouse operations through SAP WM.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee the SAP WM team, including analysts and support staff
– Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP WM solutions
– Configure and maintain SAP WM settings to support efficient warehouse processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and inventory management
– Monitor and ensure data accuracy in SAP WM through regular system checks and reconciliations
– Implement and enforce warehouse management best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
– Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
– Provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring their technical growth and proficiency in SAP WM
– Develop and maintain documentation for SAP WM processes, configurations, and user guides
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve warehouse processes and system functionality
– Stay up-to-date with SAP WM trends, updates, and new features, proposing improvements as applicable
– To succeed in this SAP Warehouse Management (Supervisor) role, you must have at least three years’ experience in SAP Warehouse Management.

Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or related field
– Minimum of four years’ experience in SAP Warehouse Management
– At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
– Strong technical expertise in SAP WM configuration, including handling unit management, storage bin management, picking strategies, and integration with other SAP modules
– Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management functionality in both traditional and SAP S/4HANA environments
– Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues in SAP WM processes
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and business stakeholders
– Ability to provide clear guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
– SAP certification in Warehouse Management is a strong plus
– Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g. Materials Management, Production Planning) is advantageous
