Job description
– To ensure Order Management Process from Central DC to Vendors and Regional DC to Vendors are served at the right time and in full.
– Manage team as a central point of communication, coordination, and control between Vendors, Central DC, and Regional DC to achieve order compliance and fulfillment, and minimal truck demurrage and issues.
– Monitor Inventory days cover and freshness to manage with Vendors sell-in, Fill-rate, return-to-vendor and bad order.
– Review Vendor performance, Supply Chain relationships, and process analysis
– Meet Regional DC requirements on deliveries from Central DC and Vendors
– Collaborate with Commercial Team and Central DC Operations Team in ensuring Vendor KPIs and Targets are met, and Contracts and Fees are regularly reviewed and maintained
– Provide support to Regional DC and Central DC Supply Planning in insighting of strategies to minimize OOS, expedite and move deliveries as needed. and check health of orders or supply plans.
– Manage supply chain set-up of new Central DCs, transfer of Central DC, and Regional DC transfers.
– Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time depending on the urgency of the job function

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
