Customer Service – Local speaker (RM2,400)

Job Description

Job Scope：
– To reply customer, ridders or merchant queries/complaints either in calls/email/livechat
– To handle all customer inquiries based on Standard Procedure and Guideline defined by the company
– No product of sales, no physical contact

Requirement :
– Minimum with SPM certificate
– Can speak fluent English & Malay
– No working experience needed, training provided
– Able to work 24/7 shift (night shift allowance provided)

Salary : RM2,400 + allowance up to RM 500

Working Hours: 5 days with 9 hours rotational shift

Location : Sunway Velocity Mall, Cheras （MRT can reach)
