Job Description

*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
*Those with some working experience in relevant IT area such as in software development and SQL database would be an added advantage.
*Have some knowledge or working experience on back-end SQL development work with any SQL databases.
*Work as Level 1 support member to provide batch monitoring and ingestion of jobs.
*To provide updates on deliverable status every hour.
*To do development and provide first-line of support to Level 2 support team.
*Does problem determination and investigation on reported problems and escalate up to Level 2 support team *Ability to work independently with light oversight.
*Effective verbal and good written communication skills in English.
*Successful candidate will need to be located in Kuala Lumpur even though ‘WFH’ is allowed.
*Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
