Job Description:
– Setup & maintain incident reporting process across all functions (prioritizing areas with legal risks, eg: labor raids, vehicle summons, accidents, fires, drug uses & etc.)
– Subsequently extend to also include operational incidents (eg. ASM breakdown, theft cases, flooding & etc.)
– Track & monitor progress of incident resolution
– Coordinate with relevant functions and stakeholders to ensure closure and resolution of incidents
– Identify areas of high risk and assist in developing proper SOP in mitigating risk issues

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree and above
– At least 3 years of relevant experience in risk management / compliance / audit / big 4 advisory
– Great communication skills and be able to work with different stakeholders
– Strong analytical / problem-solving skills and attention to details
– Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
