SCCM Level 2 Engineer

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
– Responsible for SCCM Administration, Configuration and Deployment. Examples include SCCM health monitoring, reporting services and power shell scripting
– Perform software patching for workstations and servers with SCCM
– Partnership with Wintel engineer for maintenance requests such as new applications, upgrades, patch-plugin and scripts
– Responsible to use Tenable OT to continuously assess the health and security posture in our Inkjet MFG environment (PC/servers) which is supplement to SCCM
– Partnership with client in the designing and implementing MFG network infrastructure to include LAN, MFG WIFI and network security
– Partnership with client to review the log of the network links to ensure no abnormal activities, fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution, recovery and root cause analysis
– Partnership with client to implement and monitor all network resources (firewall, IDS/IPS, scanning tools) proactively to ascertain the general of the networks and to detect faults or errors

Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer System or related fields.
– Experience in IT administration and system implementation.
– Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration and phone systems.
– Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise the tasks.
– Familiar with best practices of IT infrastructure, operations and data centre.
– Good at supporting users, understanding their problems and explaining technical concepts in simple words.
– Strong collaboration and positive working attitude.
– Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver consistent and quality outcome within stipulated timeline
