Product Manager – Logistics

Job Description

What You Will Do
– Drive shared vision and prioritize roadmap for technical products based on business and technology needs
– Develop, drive, and manage end-to-end technical product goals and vision and ensure on-time delivery
– Develop improvement and solutions to support the growth of technical products
– Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall product roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
– Define the key metrics that inform the success of technical products
– Manage the strategic projects across the Technical Department and drive the engineering leads on a day-to-day Basis
– Partner with the Technology Platform team closely, especially on cloud, DevOps, database, data engineering, and security teams to plan and execute against a broad array of business and product needs
– Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineers, data, security, and business) in delivering product excellence.

What You Will Need
– B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
– Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
– At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
– Leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and influencing multiple stakeholders
– Experience working in technology-fast-paced environments will be a plus
– Problem solver with a clear structure and analytical skills
– Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
– Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and deliver results.
