Building Technician (Able to Start Immediately)

Job description:
– SPM/Certificate
– Have experience in Condominium/Apartment building operation and maintenance/facilities management.
– Experience in Mechanical & Electrical system and other building services.
– Must be able to work under minimum supervision and work as a team.
– Maintain tool and equipment in good condition
– Perform preventive maintenance repair, attend breakdowns.
– Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical electrical system
– Maintain plumbing systems, pumps system or operations.
– Follow safety rules and procedure in job site
– Report to superior on work progress of actual and potential problem
– Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– Must be pro-active
– Punctual
– Standby for on-calls and emergencies

Working Hours:
Mon – Fri : 9AM – 6PM
Sat : 9AM – 1PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
