Job Description

BROAD SCOPE
§ This individual will act as central liaison of Emma Sleep Logistics team for the daily operations monitoring in Australia and New Zealand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
– A. Order Fulfillment Tracking
§ Monitor and manage B2C order fulfillment statuses including shipping, returns and cancellations
§ Review, identify system error transmissions, communicate issues to Emma Sleep Logistics Team and follow up through
§ resolution.
§ Work with 3PL warehouses to assist and resolve problems related to warehousing & shipping errors and delivery issues

– B. Inventory Records Tracking
§ Provides historical inventory information and reports as requested to assist Emma Sleep Logistics Team in referencing past
§ finished goods movement and transactions
§ Monitors the accuracy of the finished goods inventory information through insuring that cycle counting activity and
§ reconciliation is done on a regular basis; resolves any issues that are identified through this activity
§ Ensures month end reconciliations will meet internal and external audit requirements

– C. Inbound Import Tracking
§ Track inbound shipments with container level details
§ Liaison with 3 PL Logistics, Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker for communication of inbound shipment loading,
§ clearance and arrival
§ Oversee and ensure that incoming goods are processed accurately and confirm that goods received match with the
§ packing slips

– D. KPI Monitoring
§ Generates KPI reports and present the results to Emma Logistics Team during the weekly operational meeting.

REQUIREMENTS
§ Education/Qualification:
– Candidate must possess at least College Level or College graduate of any related courses Logistic/ Transport, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.

§ Experience:
– At least 1-year experience in warehouse RMG management or related scope
§ Skills:
– Good understanding of MS Office especially MS Excel.
– Proper communication skills.
– Highly trainable.
– Team player.
