Job Description
The IT Technician is responsible for providing hardware assistance to Cielo employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist and coordinate new hire equipment set-up and off boarding equipment redeployment
– Prepare laptops for shipping to remote employees, including on-boarding documentation
– Assist with creating documentation for processes and procedures
– Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience for upgrading laptops for current employees
– Ensures reported security and privacy incidents are identified and handled in a timely manner
– Keeps all Service Desk operations compliant with InfoSec and Privacy policies
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Position Requirements

Education:
– Preferably IT related Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree program

Experience:
– Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with both software and hardware systems is required

Exposure:
– Knowledge of basic principles of systems analysis and design
– Skill in installing and maintaining end user computer hardware and software
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office components
– Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other technical staff, vendors and the end users
– Ability to respond quickly and effectively to uncertainty and constant changes in technology
