ESS Developer

Job Description

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least an Degree /Masters – Computer Science or Information Technology
– Hands on experience in Related Field (2 – 4 years)
– Strong written and verbal communication skills required
– Strong development experience in .Net Framework#, ASP.net, SQL
– Technical Skill in VB.net Tools & SQL Database. – Added advantage
– Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
– Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara
– Full-Time position(s) available.

Desired Skills set :
– Knowledge in Payroll Operation / ESS Application
– Knowledge in Employee Self Service Application (ESS)
– Knowledge in Integration Tools between applications (SQL to Oracle)
– Experience working in BPO industry will be added advantage

Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
– Carry out application support and troubleshooting. Provide first tier support for all applications. Provide first tier support for all applications.
– Troubleshoot data flows between systems internally and externally. (System Integration)
– Evaluate current system capabilities and identify changes need to be made. (Enhancement)
– Lead Root Cause Analysis activities to successfully identify root causes of problems.
– Proactively identify problem trends and known error conditions and work towards a permanent solution. (Improvement)
– Develop and maintain Application Support standards and procedures and other documentation as required.
– Helpdesk Management for all ESS Logged Cases
– Payroll Support Management for ESS – PS Integration Issues
